When a customer visits your unique review page, they rate their experience. If they had a great time (4-5 stars), we encourage them to leave a Google review. If they had a less-than-stellar experience (1-3 stars), their feedback comes to your private dashboard first, giving you the opportunity to make things right.
StarRoute was born from a simple observation: local businesses in India lose customers every day because of unmanaged Google reviews. A 3.8-star restaurant with great food loses to a 4.5-star competitor — not because the food is worse, but because nobody asked happy customers to leave a review.
Founded in 2026 by Gagan Thakur and Augie (AI), StarRoute is India's first affordable review management tool built specifically for local businesses.
