When you sign up for StarRoute, we collect your email address and business information (business name, Google Business Profile URL). When customers leave reviews through your StarRoute page, we collect their rating, optional feedback text, optional name, and optional email address.
We use your information to provide the StarRoute service, including displaying reviews on your dashboard and sending notification emails for negative feedback. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade security including encryption at rest and in transit.
We use essential cookies for authentication purposes only. We use Google AdSense on our landing page, which may use cookies for advertising.
We use Google AdSense for advertising on our landing page (not on review collection pages). Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits.
