1. Acceptance

By using StarRoute, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Service Description

StarRoute provides review collection and routing tools for local businesses. We help route customer feedback — positive reviews are encouraged to go to Google, while negative feedback is routed to your private dashboard.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use StarRoute to: generate fake reviews, suppress legitimate reviews, harass customers, or violate any applicable laws. StarRoute never prevents customers from leaving public reviews — we only nudge and suggest.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

5. Data Ownership

You own your business data and review data. We provide tools to export or delete your data upon request.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Pricing Changes

We may update pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored for the current billing period.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
